DELETED FILES HELP

I have accidentally deleted files...how do I ger them back..please help. (in the regions)

hws, Deleted how ? If you removed them from the current session, they're still live in the Audio Files folder. Look up an earlier version of the session in the Auto Save folder. But..if you nuked them from the drive, and there isn't any backup of them elsewhere..you are almost SOL. There are of course data recovery options, but that is another story ( and a fair chunk of $$ ) good luck,

I ran 2 files under the same folder.... cleared and deleted the unused files in one session and forgot that the 2 sessions are sharing one folder.

Sounds..not so good. Any backups ? a
