Tempo and pitch change?

Hi, Need a bit of help on tempo and pitch changing please. Tempo first: I'd like to change the tempo gradually mid song so I set a number of time signature markers, and increased the BPM for each marker, my problem is that this seems to change the tracks' relationships with the bar grid in the main Reaper window and hence messing up my snap points. Am I going about this the wrong way? Pitch: I'd like to end with a gradual pitch change, sliding down over a couple of bars. I could set an envelope for each track individually but is there a way to do this with the master output?

Hi Celfyn, you could try the following: Go to "File -> Project Settings" and choose the tab "Project Settings" and set "Timebase for events/envelopes/markers:" to "Time" BTW: If you want to change the tempo gradually, you can do this by making the tempo envelope in the master track visible. (the master track has to be visible as well, of course), select the first node, where the tempo change should begin by right-clicking on it, then, in the appearing menu choose "Set point shape -> Linear". To change the playrate, go to the master track and click on the envelope button. (in the default theme it is marked "trm") and enable "Playrate". Now you can manipulate the envelope as you like. Thanks Mr D, will give that a try. BTW, managed to work out the pitch thing for myself by using an envelope and reapitch on the master output, however right at the end, no matter where I put my final node, as the note fades out and pitches down, it always seems to jump back up to the starting pitch right at the end, any ideas?
