Opening an *.img file

Im sorry if this was discussed already in here,i tried to search for an answer but i can't seems to find one,i have a dvd-r *.img file,i don't have a dvd-burner,i just want to see the movie on my computer,my question is,how do i open this *.img file,SVCD movies (bin/que) i open with Deamon-tools,can Deamon open these kind of formats too? if no what other programs do i need to use? thanks in advanced.

How about a recent version of WinImage? That may do it.

Yeah Daemon Tools work's fine with DVD images.

you can also use winrar to open the image file and extract files from it.
