I don't have a default really as I don't always mix the same things. But an EQ plug comes the closest to being a default for me. I use one or two out of the 4 I own depending on the situation. ReaEQ apEQ IIEQ Pro BootMkII

Nothing... but I have a lot of saved FX chains. I can't say there is anything I use on every track to make it worth my time to have a default chain. As for go to plugins... I use ReaEQ, ReaComp, ReaGate and MajorTom a ton. Every mix I do anymore (except for the most basic) has those on it somewhere.
