ok guys, aside from the demos, does anyone really recommend these plug in's?

Yes bombfactory compressor sound well Focusrite more!!!

Maybe I'm in a minority as I don't see much mention of it....but I swear by the Sansamp PSA-1 for direct bass. I run bass through a Great River mic pre into that thing. If there's one thing in the sound of my mixes I wouldn't change a bit...that's probably it. As soon as I heard their SVT preset, I was sold. Tom

any actually own the moogerfooger? other than the fully functional demo. and was it worth it?

Lowpass and ring modulator are great sounding. LA2A and URIE are amazing as well.

I use the mooger on bass sometimes. The plugs are a little spendy but the compessors are worth it.
