Reascript Renumber Current Region ID

I'm trying to re-number a region ID in Reascript like I can do manually in the Region Manager.

I'm using reaper.EnumProjectMarkers and reaper.SetProjectMarker but it's creating a new Region under the existing one rather then renaming the Region number.
