TextSub Font/Size Change?

.
MessageAuthor

I'm using LoadPlugin("textsub.vdf") TextSub("path\filename.ext") in my AVISynth Script for subbing my SVCDs with forced Subtitles. When i watch the SVCDs on TV, the Subtitles seem to be very "big". I find, that you can specify an charset with TextSub, but i don't realy know how to use this feature. can anyone help me? thanks in advance

RE: TextSub Font/Size Change?

You need to edit the font size in the script itself. Open it in notepad and look under the Styles header.

Sorry, something made me think you were using SSA format :p Hmmm, I never really deal with srt format, but if it doesn't have any area where you set styles, I dunno what to tell you. The character set is not the font.

RE: TextSub Font/Size Change?

That question has been covered somewhere in this forum. Anyway here what I do when I'm doing SVCD with subs. Start SubResync (it's part of VobSub) and open your subtitle (srt, sub or whatever you have), click on edit and then on arial (under font). Set font size, style etc. Click on OK and save subtitle over your existing subtitle. This will creat .style file.
