Resume in Scenarist

hallo here's my problem (scenarist): i have a main-menue, from which i can start the movie or go to the audio-menue. in the audio-menue, i can choose/change the language (i.e. english/german). when the movie has already started and i press the audio-menue button (remote-control), change the language, it's automatically returning to the point of the movie, where i broke the film (that's what i want; i use the link-command jump-by-sub-instructions and resume). but now the problem. if i don't let start the film, but go directly from the main-menue to the audio-menue and choose a language, it has the same effect as pressing the stop-button. but in that case i'd like to have, that it's automatically returning to the main-menue. i think it's because of the main-menue and the audio-menue are not in the same vts. what must i do to get the return-effect (resume) to the main-menue? can you please explain it and show it with a picture (screenshot of scenario-editor)!? thanx a lot. tipp here's a screenshot of my scenarist-menues

RE: Resume in Scenarist

Hi Tipp, Firstly I would like to say that I'm a newbie with Scenarist. So, please, don't take my hint as true or as the only solution to your problem. What made me repply 2 you is because I had some problems with menu's. And I remember something I read when I was trying to find out a solution to my problem. I guess your problem is a matter of creating a flag and a bitwise compare routine. If you have scenarist procedures guide, take a look at section 12. There is an example over there. From what I saw, it is very easy. On the example, the menu had 3 options. The user had to activate the first 2 buttons before he was able to activate button 3. If you don' t have the manual, let me know.
