what's going on?

alright thanks.. how does reaper know if your making under or over 20,000 a year? do u have to fill out paper work or some shit haha I'm so confused on the concept of the two licenses.. my view of it is... if they don't ask for any information everybody is going to purchase the 60 dollar reaper.. especially if both licenses are the same.. so there has to be a catch here that i'm not picking up on.. confused.

The functionality is the same for the trial version, the non commercial version and the commercial version. That said, if you are serious and professional about your music and your music business, you get a commercial license. Two reasons: 1. avoidance of legal trouble and 2. official support.
