External/secondary monitor crashes after unlocking/signing in on Windows..

Hi, I'm pretty happy with the Kensington USB 3.0 SuperSpeed Dock I have but there is one annoying issue. Every time I lock my Windows machine the external monitor crashes any application windows running upon unlocking / signing back in. I'm using DisplayLink USB Graphics Software for Windows 8.2 M3.exe drivers. Here is what my screen looks like upon logging in (ignore the red lines, had to blank out some sensitive details): The only want to get to a running state again is to forcefully terminate the "crashed" application and re-open. If I unplug the cable from the docking station and plug to inbuilt VGA port everything works as expected i.e. secondary screen doesn't have any issues. What could be causing this?

It looks like you have the remnants of the previous screen shown, so I suspect we are not getting the updates from the OS. It looks like Windows 7 in basic graphics mode? If so can you try and see if this solves the issue? Wim
