hi why nero limited the size dvd to 4500MB, and not to 4,7G, becauso 4,7G to be equal more than 5000MB anyone have an idea?????? thanks

Did you do a "search" on this forum before you posted this question?? If you did, you'd have seen the question has been ask (and answered) time after time "Why isn't 4.7gb REALLY 4.7gb" Here's one link to review:
