What Audio system to use in settings?

By the way, both setups lag abit. Shouldent my sound card make all lag go away?? Is there a setting i have to make or is my card too weak? Or is it that its connected from e-drums to sound card with a normal cable (line in out) instead of USB?

Use the ASIO, you can adjust latency manually that way

Ok do I do that preferrably in the audio device meny in Reaper options or in the ASIO settings in its own software/program settings in windows?
