what are the most useful features for you since Reaper 3.0?

what are the most useful features for "you" that have been added to Reaper so far in version 3? There are a ton of new features improvements and I have no idea what a lot of them do :)

Lot's of cool stuff but for me, folder in folder took the cake. I like how it's implemented, how easy it is to access, the visual cues it give you and the project organizational facilities it opens up.

MIDI seems to be a whole lot easier now.

Too many to mention. Nested folders are heaven. Automation lanes and the "last touched parameter" thingie in the FX windows would be very high in the list. Lots of MIDI love (and lots yet to come, I'm sure :)). And Project tabs. And the cool new graphic stuff, and... I guess, I could go on quite a bit.

For me, nested folders and being able to add track parameter controls. Lots of other great stuff too, but these two stand out.

Number one, being able to open more than one midi item at a time, and see the other items etc. Lots of good stuff, but was the best for me.

The matching green color scheme with Reaper and the forum has made life more bearable for me. Actually track icons was something I missed from Sonar, and the ability to drag-n-drop from one track's IO to another track's IO to do routing is helpful.

Autoplay auditioning in sync with project for acidized/rex files. Midi improvements
