Converting additional playlists to takes

Hi, Is there a way to convert playlists to takes so that they're available from the takes pop-up list? please say yes. Will

Separate the region at the same place where the other takes begin.. and they should be listed (depending on your prefs). The take list will look at the region start location and the track name (depending on your prefs). Rail

My only PT7 wish was vertically stacked playlist View option. I want to see all takes and activate them individually and comp them visually . Since I have the Rich Man's HD , I just stack tracks and comp using active tracks. does the job. But I do miss Logic's auto-create track on loop record feature.
