Easy way to kill pitchbend??

I have an older keyboard that I am using as a controller and it sends wonky pitchbend signals whenever it feels like it.. No rhyme or reason for when, and it is not potentiometer related.. Whats the easiest plugin to use to just block the midi messages? Pitchbend is not a numbered CC. Anyone know? Thanks! John
