Jesus, man. For a second there you had me about to upload an rpp to google docs to see for myself, LOL. What a cool idea. I love your themes. Very creative.
Thanks. It's mostly thievery. The MVH originals are the crossfade and ripple edit (I'm absurdly proud of the crossfade icon). When the icons with on-states are deactivated, a faint blue outline shows up instead, like the outline you see for the folders/phase/solos.
Pretty cool. I especially like the check boxes for arming.

Glad you took it in the good spirit it was meant in :). It really is totally cool and I for sure am going to grab it, but I do hate it :D Do you know Old School Atari ST by BrunetteModels Not that it looks similar to this one, but is somehow in the same ballpark, spirit-wise. I enjoy horrifying mates when they come around for a session by opening Reaper with completely unexpected visuals.

It's a love/hate thing. It will probably turn into something else more pleasing to the eye. But the nifty thing is that when I open it at work, they think I'm on my Google account (I'm fooling myself). The various Googly elements aren't hanging together the way I would like. But I still want to chase the idea of documents. That is, most of the themes show track and mixer panels emulating hardware (naturally), but I want to make a theme that treats the panels as documents (like the media items). So this is just kind of a template for now.

I like the more refined buttons/faders in this last iteration. The edit area could use some colors I think, maybe make the background a very light grey, so the items pop out more, and make the markers/timesign lines blue/green. Or not, you're call! :) Either way, good progress...
