Docked VSTi issue

I've done a search on the forum and can't seem to find an answer. I've checked the box in Preferences "Auto dock new FX Chain windows." When I open a new VSTi (say, Superior 2 or Omnisphere) the UI opens in the docker as expected. However, when I open up Styus RMX, the UI is not docked. I can't seem to lock it in on the docker either. I'm running the latest 32 bit version of Reaper on Win 7 64 bit. I did notice that Superior 2.0 and Omnisphere are both 64 bit but I think RMX is 32 bit. Not sure if this makes a difference. Anyone have any ideas why I might have this behaviour? Thanks, -Rich

I wouldn't think that x86 and x64 would be different, in this particular situation - but you never know. I have those settings checked now, to test for you, and I can't recreate that problem. Could it be synth-related? or does it happen with others? Ben

It's only happening with Stylus RMX. But I'm building a new DAW from the ground up and don't have all my VSTi instruments installed yet. In fact, what makes this really weird is that I can minimize Reaper amd the Stylus RMX interface is NOT minimized with Reaper...it's just sitting there in the way until I close it. I don't recall this happening before so I'm not sure what's going on. I ALWAYS have the strangest problems...NEVER anything normal. -Rich

I'm getting a message on the fx window that says" Bridged plugin may be open in top level" What does that mean? Maybe RMX is opening in a different fashion as it is a bridged plugin? Has anyone got any ideas? -Rich

Got it fixed. I forgt to check run as "embed bridged UI." I knew about this from long ago and just forgot. Thanks so much for the help. -Rich
