How to sync drum loops of different tempo to project tempo?

Hi all, I'm just wondering if it's possible to do this; 1. set project bpm to 108 for example 2. insert drum loop that's 130bpm and make it fit into grid? Kind of like an auto-shrink/stretch feature? I'm using the "loop points linked to time selection" option and for the most part, most drum loops dropped into a track do lock to the grid and fit, but, it's not perfect and doesn't work with all my loops. Anything below the project's bpm seems to fit, but, when I try faster loops it doesn't always fit properly. Plus, what would you recommend for re-tuning the loops to make them sound right again? Thanks in advance.

While holding the alt key, drag the right edge of your item to line up to a grid line. It helps if snap to grid is on. And that's it.
