how to make timecode file?

im sorry but i dont know how to make a timecode file would somebody plz tell me a good program and how to use it? ive tried to use vfrtools but it doesnt seem to work when i open it with sun java... thanks in advance :)

what's your propose on using timecode? from what? to what? regards

i have an mfile and i need to convert it into a timecode file and into a dfile but i dont know how to use this jar file...
