Used Smart rip how do i continue with dvd2svcd

MessageAuthor

I used smart rip as both the internal routines and vstrip would not rip the vob2.02 file - said hidden menu (vob.info file only had info for vob2.01). Smart rip has ripped the file how can i continue with dvd2svcd from here?

@Biggles: You really need to stop making these kinds of topics. You've made at least 3 or 4 that I recall and they're all extremely easy questions that can be answered in so many ways, you'd save us all trouble by just searching for them! To answer the question, it's no different than it would be in any other case.. just go to the conversion tab and open the IFO file.

Sorry to vex. Actually regarding this I did the search. My problem is there even though i used smart ripper. There are vob files which i can play on dvd stand alone and windows media player, however these do not register on dvd2svcd (get message list indaex out of bounds) nor it seems when i use smart ripper - it appears there is no info file detected. Anyway, i am searching mayeb will come across an answer.

You're supposed to select the IFO file in DVD2SVCD, in which case it would have to be 'detected'. If the IFO is messed up though, you could try recreating it with IfoEdit based on the VOBs you extracted.
