Reaper Takes Longer to Start Up Than B4

34 seconds here on the first run after booting. Successive runs take about 2 seconds.

ON my side all I can say is that REAPER beats them all on start up point. The fastest for me were 3.5 second start up point! Sometimes a bit more when It scanning a new plug or just decide after a restart to Initialize things but all good! It's the fastest from all of them :)
