That's more a question of plugin principle than plugin type/model. Everything that employs some sort of read-ahead technique will be introducing additional latency, everything else will not. That means most plugins will have the same latency (=no additional latency) except linear phase EQs, read-ahead compressors/gates, etc. and convolution reverbs. Stay away from these (read-ahead EQ/dynamics are often labeled something with "mastering") and you're good with everything recommended in the Compatibility Forum stickies. If you're not sure, you can check this yourself in the FX chain window (lower left corner):
Native Instruments Reaktor 5 introduces 0 samples additional latency(even say so in the manual), and contains pretty much every type of effect known to man.
