How do I...time selection split

Quick question: How can I set the preferences to the reaper4alpha1 time selection behavior? When you mark an item and drag the selected part it splits on the fly and creates a new item. thx zeph

It depends, whether you click in the upper or lower half of the item. Clicking in the lower half will split the item at the boundaries of the time selection, clicking in the upper half won't. You can set the behaviour in "Options -> Preferences -> Editing Behavior -> Mouse Modifiers". HTH -Data
