GK Access violation

MessageAuthor

I keep getting the "Access violation at address 7C93426D in module 'ntdll.dll'. Read of address 241F2321" error message (see attachment). Message appears after I open *.avi file with GK. Could it have anything to do with DVD Shrink or DVDFab, since there were no errors before I installed those programs. I need a quick solution, movies are piling up and I'm running out of disc space. win xp pro sp2 GK 0.35.0

RE: GK Access violation

What are those AVI files? Please render them in latest GSpot (2.52) using native decoder and not MS rendering and see if that's working. If not - GK will not be able to open such files directly (but avisynth might).

RE: GK Access violation

This is what gspot reports. Its not that GK always crashes when opening such file, somethimes it crashes while I'm adjusting output resolution or when I choose save&encode.
