TFT MONITOR INTERFERNECE

HI I AM A USER OF PTLE FOR WINDOWS EVERYTHING IS WORKING FINE APART FROM AN ANOYING INTERFERENCE FROM MY TFT MONITORS THE INTERFERENCE IS BEING INDUCED INTO MY AUDIO CABLES AND IS CREATING AN ANOYING HUM THROUGHOUT MY AUDIO SYSTEM THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN GREATLY REDUCED BY USING FULLY BALANCED CONNECTIONS BUT IT IS A PROBLEM I WOULD LIKE TO RESOLVE FULLY HAS ANYBODY ELSE ENCOUNTERED THIS PROBLEM ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED THAKS FOR YOUR HELP PAUL TRUMAN

If it is motorboat-like, please check my most recent post, Flat panel monitor noise. It is driving me nuts. Nothing helps accept turning it off, but then difficult to edit.

Thats too bad if that is a side-effect of the TFT monitors. My crt buzzes when i have my guitar near it, but thats easily erradicated by moving myself. I was planning on getting a flat screen too eventually I guess not now.

Well I got a TFT (LCD) monitor, and it worked great, no noise. The monitor ended up being a lemon though, so they sent out a replacement, however it was a slightly different model. This one made this noise I think you are referring to. I called them and told them I can't have that, so they sent another replacement, this time just like the original, and now I have no noise. Who knows... the one that works for me is the KDS Rad-5. the one that made noise was the Rad-5s. the lady from KDS said they are exactly the same, just have a different look, I said whatever, the 5s makes a noise in my speakers, and the plain 5 didn't.
