instrument for soundfonts on mac?

I have tried to find a way to use soundfonts. Only Bismark seems to work. Does anyone know any alternatives. I have probably not looked in the right places.

I tested crystal and Independence free. Crystal tends to create crashes and cannot be used. Independence free is a modest download, 2 GB, and is quite amazing. I now have tons of instruments available although I don't understand the user manual and don't know how to use my soundfonts with it. The bottom line is, however, that for me and my mac Independence Free offers a lot of new possibilities and alternatives. Thank you for the advice.

soundfonts - now it works 

v3.32pre2 - February 23 2010 + OSX AU: fixed Apple DLSMusicDevice Now you can play soundfonts. Put your sf2 to Library/Audio/Sounds/Banks.

SimpleSynth works ok. Very small and powerful util. To be honest....I never got around to loading any fonts in it. Only played the included set. Jim P. .
