TL Space authorization

I got every plug authorized from my Production toolkit accept the TL Space..........which asks for some sort of card or some damn "Response" type thing.I have an ILOK account and all also.What am I doing wrong?

Is the TLSpace authorization on your iLok?

I have it in my dongle (i guess, it's listede in ilok and synchronize should do it?), but it still wont authorize...

Did you call them?

So it's not actually on your iLok, but is it listed in the "Manage->Download Licenses" section?

The license for TL Space Native was deposited to your iLok account originally with the rest of the Music Production Toolkit, but failed during the transfer to the iLok. Your TL Space Native license is now available for transfer to the iLok again on your iLok account.
