Oxford plug in TDM problem

I just purchased and installed the Oxford Bundle on my Mix3/ PT 5.1/ Mac os 9.2.2 G4 533 dp. All the Oxford RTAS plugs are working well and sound great. NONE of the Oxford TDM plugs will initiate on a insert etc. I allways just get " DAE Error #-1 " without fail. All of my other TDM plugs are working fine! hints,clues ,tips, ideas, anyone??? thanks in advance, Mutator

thanks Will, i did email them and am awaiting a response. i hoped to get a jump on it here just in case i am doing something wrong. strange that all my other TDM plugs load fine... regards, mutator
