I can\' tdownload the 5.3.1cs5 Update

I can't download the 5.3.1cs5 Update. After I fill out the form and push the "I Accept - Download" button, nothing happens. Is this working for other earth carbon units? Thanks a bunch, -Mick Mac OS 9.2.2 / IE 5.1.6

Hi Mick, I just tried it again and it is working. Make sure that you have cookies enabled per the instruction at the top of the form: "Cookies must be enabled in your browser preferences to proceed: Click for Instructions". Other than that, you might try using the latest version of Internet Explorer. (especially if you are using something like the AOL browser, known issues with some web pages and downloads)

I still can't download it. Cookies on full force. Internet Explorer 5.1.6 in full effect. I was unable to register with iLok.com from this Mac as well, I must be special. I download stuff all the time though, including their helper app. Thanks a bunch, -Mick G4 duel 450 / OS 9.2.2
